Vista unistall of Quicken starts but does not complete and seems to disappear into limbo or something. Checking I found the start-up qw.exe file to be missing from the computer. After clicking yes and allowing the update to run she returned to find the program inoperable.
She was using the Quicken 2007 Deluxe when an automatic update window popped up asking to upgrade or patch the program.
